| Mike Kellner has ventured into the world of freelance work. He is a lighting designer, but has done various stage electrian work also. Mike is mildly experienced with
automated lighting, and fairly experienced with conventional lighting. With 7 years experience he's ready to show his worth, while still learning everything he can.
For all those popular Chicago Local Bands playing venues like The Metro and House of Blues, I mean no disrespect to the venue lighting designers, but I know you've had shows where you think or have been told the lighting didn't help your show. Ever think its because the LD doesn't know your music? I study and memorize your music and through a collaborative effort between myself and your band I am able to create the best possible light show to support your music. I am familiar with the lighting rigs in the major Chicago Venues and am developing a working relationship with the house LD's. I add equipment when neccesary and provide all equipment when none is available. Checkout the pics from my previous work and contact me if your interested. I also coordinate with photographers to make sure the best possible publicity photos are captured. Fee is negotiable on show by show basis.
Looking for a lighting designer for your special event? I can provide lighting equipment and design to serve your needs at a very affordable price.
Looking for a lighting designer for a small or large theatrical production? I've spent the last 7 years perfecting my own methods of lighting design and have created some spectacular shows. I can also act as my own Master Electrician on a show, and provide all paperwork necessary to the lighting of the show. |
